Welcome to Central Elementary School!!!

For those of you new to Central School, my name is Christa Healy and I am the Principal of Central and Adams Schools.

The new year is off to a wonderful start. I am looking forward to a very exciting and successful school year with you and your child. I hope you share my excitement and take an active role in your child's education. We must partner together in order to provide your child the best educational opportunities.

I ask that you:

1.Send your child to school daily and on time.

2.Take an interest in their education.

Talk with your child about school. Children want nothing more than to have mom and dad hear about his/her day.

3. Read with your child daily. So often our children think that reading only takes place at school or in the library.

4. Be a positive Role Model. Remember, you are the most important teacher in your child's life.

5. Keep an open line of communication.

Again, I welcome you to a new school year.
